Yeah! This is fantastic. Not only did I get to brush up on my Chiral Chemistry, I learned a helluva lot about sweeteners. Did you know that saccharine is a derivative of coal tar? Ugg. Check this out over at Wired.com and then go get a diet Slurpy. And hurry!
